What a great Weekend!

We're home from AZ and unpacked, for now, we'll have to get packed all up again next Tuesday to head to Provo to drop off my brother at the MTC (missionary training center) and then we're headed to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole!
We had such a great trip in AZ! Filled with tons of family, fun, and the spirit! It was awesome!

Jaxin's Birthday was Friday... I can't believe she's only a year away from Young Women's in church!! That's just crazy! You can see pictures from her photo shoot in the post just below this!! She wanted to go to Peter Piper Pizza for dinner and play! Here are some cute pictures of Trevor and Kernan that Chris snapped with my camera while I was loving on Cole at Peter Piper that night! :D

They were "whacin' a mole"!
Photobucket

I love Kernan's face! He's so cute!
Photobucket

Then they went and drove the race cars... Trevor is getting into it! His Dad would be proud! ;)
Photobucket

Cheese Face!
Photobucket

These were all we got the whole night! We were to busy playing with the kids! It was fun, and they all had a blast!!

Saturday was spent hanging out with family! It was so awesome all the people that made the trip to come and support my family and my Brother! Some I hadn't seen in awhile so it was fun to catch up and hang out!

Sunday
June 28th will always be a special day in our family!
I can't even put into words how awesome Sunday was! Sometimes church can start to feel like the same old same old.. Does that make sense? Every now and then everybody needs something to give their spirit a little "boost"! And this past Sunday was exactly what my spirit, as well as Brian's, needed!
First was my Brother's "farewell" talk at church. He did an amazing job and will make an amazing missionary! The people of Spokane Washington are a lucky group to be getting such a wonderful missionary! I only cried once during his talk! I probably won't report the same after we take him to the MTC on the 8th that's going to be a hard day! I know he's doing the right thing and I couldn't be any more proud of him!
These are some pictures we snapped after church, we didn't take to many because it was HOT!!

Photobucket

This is my Grandma and Grandpa Hunt... My Mom's parents that we are lucky enough to only live like a mile from!!
Photobucket

Kolby with Grandpa and Gram Peterson...
Photobucket

Everyone that came to support Kolby! It was so awesome to have everyone there!
Photobucket

And here is our family... I'm so thankful for every single one of them and thank Heavenly Father everyday that I'm a part of this family!
I love you all!!
Photobucket

After Kolby's farewell and dinner we headed back to the church for an event Brian and I have been praying and hoping for! Christtina has been going back to church on and off for about 4 years. She was really close to getting baptized about 3 years ago but just didn't feel ready. Well after a lot of patience and faith she started going to church again with Trevor and now with Cole and made the decision to get re baptized! I admire her more then I can express! She is such an example to so many but mostly to me!! I don't know that I would have the strength to go to church with my two young kids without any help or support from my husband. She amazes me everyday! It's been a rough road for her, but Sunday night was the ultimate pay off!

Brian got to take his little Sister into the baptismal font and baptize her! He was able to wash away all her sins and give her a clean start! I was so proud of him! I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful husband that honors his priesthood! He was so honored to be able to baptize Christtina! He was nervous, Chris was talking about all the people that were going to be there and how she never would have guessed that many people would want to come. Brian told her "Can we draw the line somewhere? I'm getting nervous!" But he did awesome and she was right, there were a ton of people there! It was so awesome to see all the LOVE and SUPPORT that surrounds Christtina! I know she felt that! I was also thankful to my family for coming and supporting her! My parents, siblings, grandparents and Aunt and Uncles all wanted to be there for her! We all feel like she is just one of us, and that means so much to me! I'm so thankful for the relationship Christtina and I have!
Here is a pictures of Brian and Chris before the baptism, they were in their white "jump suits" practicing in the hall...
It's a total black mail shot! This was their "I'm not going to cry so I'll cheese it up" pose! I love these two!!

Photobucket

And a more relaxed shot afterwards when the nerves had settled!
Photobucket

After Christtina was baptized, Cole was blessed! Phil's Dad did an amazing job and gave that baby a beautiful blessing! He is such a lucky boy to have all the love that he has in his life! And we are all blessed to have his special spirit in our lives! He is such a good baby!

Here is the cute family afterwards... I love you guys!
Photobucket

So again, it was a great trip!! One we will never forget in our family! I'm so proud of Kolby and Christtina and thankful for their examples in my life!!
I love you both!!

Jaxin's Photo Shoot...

Here are just some of the cute pictures I took of Jaxin... She was super into it! She had many fun ideas, she'll be a great photographer!

Photobucket

This shot right here, was ALL her idea!! She had it all planned in her head, and had to find just the right spot! It did turn out pretty cute!

Mucho Updates!!

So I am so far behind in the blogging world!! I decided that before we head to AZ tomorrow and I have even more to blog about, I was going to do a big update and get it all on here!! So sit back, grab a Pepsi and enjoy like 6 blog entries!! We've had a busy fun summer so far, and it's not slowing down anytime soom!! So hopefully I'll do better at keeping up! :)

Also, any Arizonans that would like windows tinted either in your house or on your car... Brian is bringing all is stuff down with us! :)

And because a post is useless without a picture here's a cute one of Brian's sisters, Christtina and Michayla... I love these girls!! :) I told them when they took it that it was totally going on the blog!! I hold true to what I say!!

Photobucket

Lake outing with Michayla...

Yesterday we took the boat out after Brian got home from work. We ended up being out there for like 4 hours! We all had a blast! Michayla got up on the wakeboard and loved it!! She didn't want to come in! Kernan got to swim, he's a fish! He loves to swim! And then he fell asleep for the last bit of the day...
Here's showing off his Daddy's glasses, he was in charge of holding them while Daddy was wakeboarding...
Is he not the cutest kid you've ever seen?!

Photobucket

We think so!!
Photobucket

Brian is telling Michayla the way to wake board... He must have good advice because she got it!
Photobucket

She didn't want pictures taken of her... Doesn't she know who I am?! hehe :)
Photobucket

Here is her first time up!!
I can't take any credit for the "action" shots, Brian and Michayla took them of each other. Apparently my hubby thinks I'm better at towing wake boarders then him so I was the official driver...
Photobucket

Then Kernan wanted to go hang out on the beach and play and swim.
Just like his Daddy! I love this picture!
Photobucket

Then he decided to cross his leg like his Dad too.. They are so cute!
Photobucket

Playing in the sand...
Photobucket

Swimming with Daddy!
Photobucket

He is a fish I tell you!!
Photobucket

Then Michayla went again... She did so good!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Then it was Brian's turn... Here are a few of him... He is SO hot!! opps, sorry, I got sidetracked! :)
Photobucket

Love the look on his face!! hehe!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Brian snapped this, isn't it pretty?!
Photobucket

Then Michayla wanted to go one more time before we headed back!! She was getting so good!
Photobucket

So good she blew the camera a kiss!!
Photobucket

Crazy... In one afternoon she didn't know what she was doing and by the end she was blowing kisses while wakeboarding!! What a goof!!
We've had so much fun having her up here!! She is such a blast! She's also getting to know that my pictures go on my blog!! During our photoshoot, the lake trip and stuff, we'd take pictures and she'd say either "This is not going on your blog" or "This so needs to go on the blog"!! Haha!! I seriously need the shirt that says "I'm blogging this!" :) It fits me perfectly!

Wildlife Museum in St. George...

On Saturday my Mom, Kolby, Jaxin, Stockton and Maci went back down to Arizona... So I went from 5 kids to 2!! It's been quite! :) But Kernan wasn't to happy! He was giving Jaxin a hug and wouldn't let her go, he kept saying "You no go home, you stay my house!" It was so sad! She put him down and he ran to the end of the sidewalk, squated down and cried! I told him that we were going to go in Mommy's car and drive to Jaxin's house in just a few days!! Well, I can't count how many times he asked that day to get in Mommy's car!! Poor kid, he's having serious withdrawls!
So we decided to take the kids we had remaining, and find something to do!! We went into St. George and ran a few errands... And then decided to check out the Wildlife Museum... It wasn't anything special, just a glorified Cabela's to us, but Kernan had a good time so I guess that's what matters!

Here was his favorite I think... The turtle!
Photobucket

Auntie Michayla helping him with his cool binoculars! He loved those things!
Photobucket

Looking good!!
Photobucket

Checking out all the animals...
Photobucket

We all thought this dudes antlers were so cool looking!
Photobucket

This picture was taken for Jaxin and Maci...
Photobucket

And of course my favorite!!
Photobucket

And here is Kernan checking out the waterfall and "shish"...
Photobucket

Then, Michayla and I pulled a Jaxin and Maci Saturday... We were twins!
Photobucket

Our cool Utah shirts that we found at Walmart!! Love them!
Photobucket

Michayla's Photoshoot...

On Friday Michayla, Jaxin and I headed out for a photoshoot! It's always fun to have willing models to "play" with!! :D
These are just Michayla's pictures and some of her and Jaxin and her and I...
Jaxin's pictures will be up in a few days!
There are a lot, so sit back and enjoy!

Isn't she beautiful?!

Photobucket

We were taking pictures in this old town just down the way from me in Toquerville. Jaxin had this picture in her head just just had to have so we headed over to this old building with really green grass. Well it was the original church building for this area!! The building we go to was built in 1949, I thought that was old!! Nope this one was built in 1879!! That's old! Michayla hopped in this spot and I snapped some of her with the sign, that is one old building!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Michayla wasn't wanting to smile and show her braces.. She would let one out and then say, "Just a minute, let me regain my smile"
Well, Jaxin and I loved her smile that showed her braces! So we were getting her to laugh...
Here she is giving in, I love these next few!
They are so her just relaxing and being her!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

This is my favorite!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

My beautiful models!
Photobucket

We stopped at the "Hurricane" sign to snap some...
Photobucket

This one is adorable!!
Photobucket

Then I handed the camera over to Jaxin so she could take some of Michayla and I...
Photobucket

I needed to fix my shirt, well I didn't know it but Michayla was making funny faces behind me...
Don't you love my lovely face in this one as well?!
Photobucket

I still have no clue and Peach thinks it's hilarious!!
Photobucket

Then I figured it out...
Photobucket

She got the tongue...
Photobucket

And a choke hold!!
Photobucket

But don't worry, we made up quick!! :)
Photobucket

Thanks girls for being GREAT models!! It was fun!!

Annie~ The Musical

Last Monday night all the girls in my family went out to Tuacahn in St. George and saw Annie. My Mom and brother drove up from AZ that day as well. My Dad went on the Trek with all the youth in their stake so they came up here while he was gone! It was so much fun!!
We went to Olive Garden for dinner first and then headed out there...

Photobucket

The stage... That's my favorite part of this amphitheater, the red rock backdrop! So amazing!
Photobucket

Some of the family...
My cousin Lori, cousin Kelly, Aunt Marti, Jaxin, my Mom (you can't see her) then Me...
On the other side of me, totally should have taken a picture! It was Michayla, my Grandma, Aunt Rachel, Maci, Aunt Bobbi, cousin Crysta and cousin Aubrianna! I told you it was the whole fam!! It was SO much fun!
Photobucket

Photobucket

After the show the cast comes out to greet you... The girls wanted their picture taken with Annie!
Maci...
Photobucket

Jaxin...
Photobucket

Both, if you notice they both wore red because that's what Annie wears! ;)
Photobucket

It was a blast, I always love the musicals we go see out there each summer! We're going to Footloose next month, I'm excited for that one too!!

Zion National Park....

A couple weeks ago Brian's Dad's and two youngest sisters drove up to our house! Michayla has been hanging out with us ever since but Emilee and Paul were only here for a couple days. While they were here we drove up to Zion's, it's only like a 25 minute drive from our house! We spent the day enjoying the scenery and went on a hike.

We first stopped to feed the Elk...

Photobucket

Photobucket

They have really soft antlers!! It was so weird to feel them...
Photobucket

They also smelled bad!
Photobucket

After the Elk, we went and ate lunch at "Blondie's Diner" it was SO good!
Then we drove all the way through the park to take in all the scenery...
Here are a bunch of Nature shots, it really is beautiful up there!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Then we drove back down and rode their bus up to our hike, we hiked Weeping Rock, it was so pretty! It was also really easy and perfect for the kids!
Jaxin has become Kernan's little Mom! In fact they went home on Saturday and Kernan is having serious withdrawls!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Supposedly it takes 1200 years for this water to reach these rocks...
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

All the kids...
Photobucket

After we hiked back down, we got back on the bus to head to our car. Kernan rode down with his Poppy. We are so glad he came up to our "news" house!! Kernan has been asking for him to come ever since we started moving things into this house!
He fell asleep shortly after this picture! He loves his Poppy!!
Photobucket

And one last picture of the beauty that we live by!!
Photobucket

Kolby's Temple Trip....

While I was in AZ last month my brother went through the Temple for the first time! It was so awesome to be able to be there!
I love this picture!!
Photobucket

It was such an awesome feeling to be in there with my Mom, Dad and brother! I'm so proud of Kolby and all the choices he's making right now! He's such a great example to me but also to my kids, and I love him for it!!
Photobucket

LOVE YOU BROTHER!!

Our Summer So Far...

So, I'm so far behind on blogging!! I still have my brother's temple trip pictures, Trevor's birthday, Phil and Christtina's Family Pictures and Kolby's Mission Pictures....
But I'm going to just go ahead and show you what we've been up to since we've gotten home and add the other things as I go....

So, what we've been up to so far...
When we got home from AZ it was overcast and sprinkling. My Mom and the kids came back with me to go to my cousins wedding in Salt Lake. We were all hanging out on the porch enjoying the weather when the kids noticed a double rainbow! So I snapped a picture! :)
So pretty!!
Photobucket

Then one morning Brian had sprayed the porch off and I was sitting on the swing when I noticed this snail enjoying the water on the porch... He was all spread out and his eyes were looking everywhere! Probably keeping an eye out for Maci who thinks they need bathes and dips them in cups of water, killing them! Poor snails!!
Photobucket

Here is just a random cute picture of Kernan...
He was waiting for his "Bobe" (Kolby) to come to his house so he could show him his "news" room!
Photobucket

Then last Tuesday (June 2nd) my Mom and Kolby headed back to AZ and Stockton and Jaxin stayed with us... We've been having so much fun!! This is just a small sampling, I haven't been very good at taking pictures, because we've just been having to much fun!!
I bought all the kids clay pots to paint and put out in our front yard...
Photobucket

Jaxin is concentrating hard on her flowers here!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Kernan painted more in the inside then the outside... We had to remind him to paint the outside too! So if you dump out his plant and dirt it'll be beautiful and colorful! :)
Photobucket

They all worked very hard on them! Check out each of the concentration on their faces!! hehe!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

And their finished prodcuts! I love them!
Photobucket

Stockton's...
Photobucket

Kernan's...
Photobucket

Maci's...
Photobucket

Jaxin's...
Photobucket

They have had many waterballon fights!! The kids goal... GET BRIAN!! They hadn't been successful until Sunday, they got him good when he wasn't paying attention!! Kernan just loves his job as the hose operator! In fact he got Brian so good one afternoon! It was so funny!!
Photobucket

These next pictures are so funny! The kids found these sleeping masks at Micheal's and wanted to get them, I told them I'd buy them but I got to take pictures! They agreed! :D
Here are the peaceful children all sung in their bed sound asleep...
Photobucket

NOT!!!
Photobucket

Think they are asleep now??
Photobucket

What about now??
Photobucket

NOPE, they totally weren't!! Goofballs!
Photobucket

The other thing they've been busy doing... Is making crafts out of the "melted beads" and getting ready to sell them at their "Lemonade/Kool-aid" stand...
They were finally all ready to set up shop this afternoon!!
Maci was in charge of the Craft table...
Photobucket

Jaxin was in charge of the Drink and Candy table....
Photobucket

And Stockton and Kernan were in charge of Advertisement!
Photobucket

Here they are with some of the neighborhood kids making sales...
Photobucket

While the little guy was helping himself to the candy!! He ain't no dummy!!
Photobucket

Here he is showing off his sign he rode around with on his bike...
There are several pictures because he was being a ham!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Bye Mom... I'm off to do my job!!
Photobucket

See my sign?! Come to the sale!!
Photobucket

They were out there from 2 until we finally made them clean it up at 9 o'clock!! I haven't counted all their coins yet but just in bills they have 18 bucks!! Not bad! They plan on doing it everyday! They're going to be rich!!
So that was a look at what we've been up to so far this summer!! FUN!
Sorry there were lots of pictures, I wanted my Mom to remember what her kids look like!! ;)
Goodnight!!

Taylor Swift...

was, AmaZiNG!
We went to her concert in Phx on May 21st... I know, I'm way behind! But good news, we finally have the internet at our house!! No more library parking lot or bugging my Grandparents! ;) I'm once again connected to the world!!

Ok, back to Taylor... Maci was so excited about going to see Taylor! The entire drive down to AZ she kept talking about it. She didn't understand that we weren't meeting her. I had to explain that we'd only be in the same building as her but wouldn't have the luck of actually meeting her. She kept saying, I'm excited for 3 things Mom, 1. The Taylor Concert 2. Meeting Cole and
3. Jaxin doesn't have to get out of our car before we leave to go home... She gets to come with us!

This was Jaxin and Maci's first concert and they were SO excited!! They even made a poster...

Photobucket

Outside the arena before the concert Tim and Willy from KMLE were out signing autographs and meeting their fans. So the girls had them sign their shirts! That's one of my favorite things about going home to AZ! The KMLE! I get so excited right outside Wickenburg when I can turn on the radio and hear it! Then I text my Mom and tell her I can hear the KMLE and she knows I'm close!! We really need better radio stations up here!!
Here's Willy about to sign Maci's forehead! ;)
Photobucket

Signing Jaxin's shirt...
Photobucket

Love this picture! I think it's so cute!
Photobucket

Here's Tim.. He's so tall!! On his knees and he's still taller then them!!
Photobucket

Showing off their autographs!
Photobucket

The Mom's and their Girls ready to head in!
Photobucket

Kellie Pickler opened for Taylor Swift. She is a great performer!
Photobucket

In between Kellie and Taylor while they were setting up Taylor's stage we were snapping pictures...
BFF's
Photobucket

Maci opted for the Taylor Swift doll that has a guitar and sings "Teardrops On My Guitar"
Photobucket

Jaxin opted for a t-shirt...
Photobucket

Maci and I
Photobucket

Jaxin and Mom...
Photobucket

The cute girls all ready to see Taylor!!
Photobucket

And here she is!! She and her entire band and dancers came out in band costumes for their opening song "You Belong With Me"
Photobucket

About midway through the concert she went back stage to change her clothes... She had quite a few wardrobe changes! But this particular one, she came back out in the middle of the crowd!! We were 3 rows up from the bottom on the second level and she was basically directly below us!! I've never seen that done before! And Mom and I have been to quite a few concerts!! :D So my next thought was... OK, so they were able to sneak her down there but how were they going to get her back to the stage?! She totally walked through the fans!! She was hugging them and shaking their hands, posing for quick photos! Never seen that either! She's brave!! And we were TotALlY jealous!! :)
Photobucket

She walked from the middle of the first level out to the middle of the floor and sang a few songs on a rotating stage thing in the middle of the arena! I thought that was so cool because instead of always being up in front of everyone she was right down in the middle of everyone! Awesome touch!
Photobucket

Here's a video of her singing "Fifteen" from the middle stage....

And here's another video of her singing "Tim McGraw" she asked for everyone's help with their flashing lights or cell phones so a couple of times I zoomed out so you could see them. It is such a cool sight!! And then she walked from the middle all the way up to the stage, and again was hugging fans! It's a long video but we like it! At the very end she is so cute, she is just standing there listening to us all scream for her... She just takes it all in and you can tell she honestly can't believe she's standing on a stage singing to a sold out arena! She's such a neat girl!

Here she is singing "Love Story"
Disclaimer: At the beginning of this video you can totally hear me singing (if that's what you want to call it) I had been screaming and singing for 2 hours already so my voice was hurting, plus, I don't even remember signing! It was total instinct! So I sound terrible but she looks cute and her stage is awesome! :D I'm probably going to regret making a total fool of myself on the world wide web!! haha! Oh well!

And her final performance was "Should Have Said No" this was the ONE Maci had been waiting for!! She was bummed when she headed in and hadn't sung it! But no fear, they always come back out for an "encore" performance! When she started singing it, Maci goes "Yes, it's going to rain" because in an award show when she sang this song she had rain with words going down the rain... Totally awesome! But we told Maci that we didn't think it was going to rain, there just was no way on that stage they could pull it off. That poor kids face went from the biggest smile to almost in tears!! She had been waiting for it the entire concert! Well by Maci's request it did indeed rain! And Maci was SO happy about that! It really was awesome!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

And that marked the end of the concert! She was on the stage for 2.5 close to 3 hours!! And it was such an entertaining show!
Here's a quick video of the girls reaction to the concert...

She put on an amazing performance! My Mom and I were talking on the way home about how it's amazing how every concert is different! Like I said before, Mom and I have been to quite a few concerts... and don't plan on stopping! :D hehe! But they are all SO good and SO different. Kenny is awesome, and cute!! Brad Paisley is hilarious!! Carrie Underwood is just amazing LIVE!! Taylor was entertaining and very creative!! My Mom read an article that she had that entire concert planned since she was 14! Amazing and perfect for younger girls! She was very appropriate and even left out the curse word in her song! If you have a chance go see it for yourself! We'll be going to her concerts again for sure!!
Thank You so much Mom for this!! It sure made a great memory for all of us, one that I'm sure we'll never forget!! We Love You!

Introducing my Newest Nephew...

Cole Trent...
I have found one other thing that is hard being so far away from our families... Having to wait to meet new babies, and not being able to hold them whenever I want!!
But, I'm so thankful I only had to wait 2 weeks to meet Cole, any longer and he wouldn't have been a newborn anymore!! haha! I seriously love this kid!! It's so amazing how even when they aren't yours, they're your nephew, how fast and easy it is to fall in love with them!! I love Trevor like he is mine, but in a different way (if that makes sense) and Cole is the same way!! I love those boys!! Especially when we're in a movie and get out and see that Christtina called me twice and left a voice mail each time... She never does that, so honestly I thought something bad had happened!! But I listen to my voice mail and hear... "Hi Kernan... Kachow...Bye" Oh how I love Trevor!! And that message will probably never get erased out of my inbox!! :D
So anyway, while I was in AZ last week, I got to take newborn pictures of Cole. I love how they turned out! Newborn pictures are some of the hardest but I love how they always turn out!! Helps too, when you subject is the newest little love of your life! ;)

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

I think it's safe to say also that his big brother is in **love** with him!! He was so interested in what we were doing!!

Photobucket

Photobucket

Phil's Mom made this blanket... It's so neat!
Photobucket

Sweet Boy!
Photobucket

Photobucket

We were in deep conversation here!! I love his little look on his face! We were seriously having a great discussion!
Photobucket

Trevor loves trains!! So we wanted a picture of Cole with one of his favorites! He decided to come play with it... I think this is one of my favorites!!
Photobucket

Then this one was a great idea!! Phil loves to play his Playstaion... So I told Chris to get me one of his remotes and we'd take some pictures of him with it... He looks so small!
Photobucket

I love how he's looking at his Mom in this one! He totally knows her voice!! Oh, and I made the blanket he's in!! ;)
Photobucket

Love this one too... We're going to take his picture with this ball each year to see how he grows!
Photobucket

And another favorite!! Ok, I have to many favorites!! hehe!
Photobucket

Thanks Chris for letting me take his pictures!! I'm working on your family ones!! Love you guys and miss you tons!! Trevor, tell Mommy you want to come to Utah!! ;)

Sorry for the lack of blog posts... We still don't have the internet at our new house... I'm currently sitting in the parking lot of the library right now!! I either come over here or go to my Grandparents house to check the internet! Hopefully just a few more days!! :)

We have a 2nd Grader in our House!!

Maci is offically done with first grade! I can't believe she's already in 2nd grade... Wasn't she just starting preschool?!
Last Friday (May 15th) she had her 1st grade concert, it was also her last day... We've officially moved into our new house and haven't had the internet! The kids are I are actually in Arizona right now! :) Hopefully the internet will be working by the time I get home.. We'll see!
Anyway, pictures from Maci's concert...

She was so excited to sing to us! This is her and her friend Andalin (with the glasses).
Photobucket

Mrs. Dunaway played the piano for the concert... She seriously is such a wonderful teacher! I'm so glad Maci had the opportunity to have her for a teacher!
Photobucket

Maci and Ethan... This picture cracks me up! Do they look related or what?!
Photobucket

Kernan was playing "yeehaw, cowboy" on my leg... Good workout! :)
Photobucket

Playing the xylophones...
Photobucket

Photobucket

Kernan kept waving to Maci throughout the entire performace! He'd say "Hi, Sissy!"
Photobucket

They sang "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" wearing their baseball caps...
Photobucket

And then changed to shower caps and sang "Take Me Out of the Bathtub"! It was adorable!!
Photobucket
The words to that song are so cute!! Here they are:
Take me out of the bathtub, take me out of the suds. I've been here soaking since have past 2, I feel sudsy and wrinkling too. And I washed all over my body, my head, my toes, inbetween. I used 1, 2, 3 bars of soap, take me out, I'm CLEAN!

Photobucket

Mrs. Dunaway and Maci... On Maci's last day!

Monster Trucks, Mothers Day and Moving...

That is a whole lotta M's! :P
So we've been a bit busy at our house! This past weekend was fun! I'll just jump right into it!

Monster Trucks

We went to the Washington Fairgrounds on Saturday night with my cousin Lori and her family, to watch the Monster Truck rally, we had a good time! We did leave early though, Kernan hadn't had a nap and was so whiny... And two of the four Monster Trucks broke down in the second round! So we were a little bummed but it was fun for awhile...

Here are our two boys... They took their Dad's down to the pit to see the trucks up close...

I liked this shot! Good job Handsome! :)

So we took our little point and shoot inside to take pictures instead of my big expensive camera. Well Kernan wanted to take pictures with it! He was getting some interesting shots!

I snagged this from my cousins blog... Isn't it SO cute!?
I wonder where he gets his love for taking pictures from?! hehe! ;)

Before the Monster Trucks did their show, they had a couple freestyle motorcyclists. They were ok, they would have been better if they had done the back flip that the announcer guy was telling us about. If he hadn't gotten us all hyped up for that, we would have thought they were awesome! But they didn't do any flips...

Maci took her turn at the camera too...

Mother's Day

I hope you all had a great Mother's Day! I know I did! It was nice and relaxing! My hubby got me tickets to Tuacahn here in St. George to see Annie this summer!! Maci and I are going... We're very excited!
My Mother's Day started early though, Maci had Mother's Day Party at her class where they sang us songs gave us a little note that they wrote us and then served us treats... It was adorable! Every Mom of every kid was there! I thought that was awesome! They were so cute, every Mom that walked in the door they kids would go... "Maci's Mom is here" or whoever's Mom walked in!
Here is the cute girl all ready to sing for me...

Her class... They did such a good job! The last few songs were songs they had learned were about Mom's. Mrs. Dunaway must have told them that if they sang them good their Mom's would cry because when they realized which songs were next they all went, "Oh ya, the tearjerkers!" haha!

They used kazoos in a couple of their songs... They were so good and together! I was very impressed! :)

Maci's paper she wrote about me was cute! It said:
"My Mom is an Angel on Earth because: My mom is the best cook in the world and the best mom in the world she lets me go and ride my bike down the hill after school. She lets me play with Andalin. She lets me choose what I want for dinner when it's my birthday"
They had to color the angel to look like their Mom too. It was cute how much the kids paid attention! Mine, my Aunt Rachel's and a few other Mom's had highlights in their hair! All the toes were painted, mine were light pink with a black french manicure, so me!! I love it!

Thanks for my Mother's Day Handsome!! I'm so blessed to be a Mom to my kids!!

Moving

Yep, that's right we're moving! We are headed south! We're moving down to Hurricane, it's warmer down there! :) We've found this cute house, it has a yard! We are all so excited about the grass, the dogs too! It's a 4 bedroom house, so we have a guest room... So come visit!! :)

Here's a map to show where we're moving... A is Cedar City and B is Hurricane...

Here is a picture of the outside of it... We've been slowly moving down there for a few weeks and will be down there forever this Saturday!! We are so excited, we've already gone to a ward dinner. Everyone is so nice! The people next door have a little girl that's Maci's age! When we were down there on Saturday we didn't see her the entire time! They had lots of fun playing together! Plus I'm like 3 minutes away from my Grandparents! If I can't be close to my Mom, then my Grandma is the next best thing!! :) Plus my cousin Lori and her family are about the same distance away!! Yay! I'm so excited!!
Photobucket

The house was built in the 1920's! It's been all updated, but we're finding some interesting things with an old house! It's fun though!

It has a huge garden area in the backyard... Brian and I are not sure what to do with it! Neither one of us know anything about gardening!! In fact, Saturday Brian was going to take the lawn mower to all the weeds in it... A few of the weeds are in perfect rows... So he thought, you know these are a little to perfect. So he pulled one, it was a carrot!! We have 3 rows of carrots! And then about 5 minutes later, Maci walked in with a head of cabbage!
Photobucket

Here's our carrots. We're gardener's and we didn't even now it!! haha! We're not sure how there are things growing back there, the house has been vacanct for awhile! So if anyone knows anything about gardening... Come teach us! We don't know what were going to do with all of the space! I guess we'll give it a try, if we fail... We'll fill it and put a swing set back there or something! haha!
Photobucket

Here's a picture of the backyard. We have a wooden swing on our front porch as well as this one in the back... And we think that's grapevines going up and over the swing!
Photobucket

So that's what we've been up to!! If I'm not around for awhile just know I'm busy getting settled! Plus we're headed to AZ in a week for the Taylor Swift concert!! And we get to meet Cole!! :D

And a really quick shout out to my Mom and Brother!! Happy Birthday you two!! We love you!!
