Introducing...

FOXY!

Photobucket

at least that's what she's been going by at our house! Ü  She'll have a permanent name on Christmas, hopefully!  And before your mind starts going wild... She's NOT ours!!
Cute, huh?!
Photobucket

We've been puppy sitting for my Aunt Rachel and Uncle Matt for 2 weeks, this little girl is their boys Christmas present!
In those 2 weeks we've learned:

**We can't get a new puppy at our house until Bruno is no longer around, he's jealous and DOES NOT like her!  Which I don't blame him!  She bites his tail, even got a hold of it and dragged him across the floor!  Poor dog!
**Puppies chew and bite EVERYTHING!!  We knew that from having 2 dogs, but I've decided that puppy owning is like child birth... You forget all the bad so that you'll have more! Ü
Photobucket

** It's a good thing puppies are CUTE!  Otherwise, I'm not sure many would have them! haha!  and isn't she adorable?!
Photobucket

**We can't have a baby, the jealously that Kernan showed toward the puppy was bad, if it were another kid in the house... i can't even imagine!!
Here I was taking pictures of her.... So sweet!
Photobucket

And he would stand right in front of me and say, "Mom, take this one of me!"
Photobucket

"Mom, look I'm flying, take my 'chitcher'!"
Photobucket

"Mom, not the puppy, take one of me!"
Photobucket

**Puppies like to play!  And have I mentioned chew??  Because they really like to chew!!
Photobucket

I was playing around with her while she was sleeping, I should have taken another picture of her like this now, because this picture is 2 weeks old!  As sad as this is going to make you Rach, she's SO much bigger then when we first got her!!
Photobucket

I couldn't decided which edit I liked better, so I put both! Ü
Photobucket

Oh ya, don't forget him!!  He needs attention and needs his picture taken too!
Photobucket

We had our ward Christmas party at church on the 11th... We took the puppy to get her picture taken with Santa really quickly and then we took her home...   She liked Santa!
Photobucket

And here is a picture I took of her on Sunday with my phone to send to her Mom, I kept her updated with pictures via phone while I had her...  Isn't she huge now??
Photobucket

She's going to have a fun crazy Christmas with those 2 crazy boys!!  She doesn't know what she's in for! Ü  But I can honestly say, Bruno won't miss her ONE bit!!  Brian, the kids and I on the other hand... Well we're puppy people, so I think we'll miss her, but not miss telling her NO all the time or picking up her accidents... We turn that over to you Rach! Ü  Have fun, you're going to have your hands full!!  We can't wait to hear her "for sure" name and go visit her in her new house!!

We are in Arizona for Christmas!  We got in at 3am last night!!  Crazy!  We just finished watching the Utes WIN their last game of the season!  I've already had one photoshoot of 4 I have while I'm down here... Oh and Christmas is a day away... but more importantly...
WE GET TO TALK TO MY BROTHER IN ONE DAY!!
"forget Christmas, we get to talk to our Missionary!!"
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!

Our Dancer...

Tuesday night was Maci's Christmas Dance Recital...  She did two dances, one jazz and one ballet.
We've all decided that she's much better at cheering then dancing!  Doesn't help that she missed like 4 or 5 classes, oops!

Here is our little dancer with her AwEsoMe curlers in her pony tail...

Photobucket

Seriously, these things are great!  Maci's hair does not curl, well it does but they don't last longer then 5 minutes!  Seriously...  These curlers work wonderful on her hair, the curls have stayed in for 2 days now!  She's in the shower as we speak washing them out, amazing for her hair to keep a curl for this long! Ü
Photobucket

Make-up... She was so excited she got to wear make-up, I wasn't though! Ü  Not just because she looks so much older, but because I'm not a pro in that department!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Check out those curls!!  Awesome right?!
Photobucket

I love this pic... Someday when she's like 15, I'm gonna look back at this picture and cry, I know it!
Photobucket

And here is my 17 year old.. I mean 7 year old... I hate make-up!
Photobucket

Her first dance, she's in the back in the red...
Photobucket

Maci's not in this picture at all... I just thought it was so funny!  All the girls expressions, but especially the girl sticking her tongue out! haha!
Photobucket

These are the super little girls, they danced to "I want a hippopotamus for Christmas" it was adorable!!
Photobucket

The Hurricane High cheerleaders performed a couple of times as well...
Photobucket

Maci's second dance, her ballet number...  Again, she's in the back and all you can see in this picture is half of her face.
Photobucket

Aww, there's our ballerina! Ü
Photobucket

Photobucket

At the end of the recital, they all came out to bow...
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Good job Maci!  You were a cute little dancer! We love you!! Ü

We have one more day of school before break, I have to do the Christmas party in Maci's class...  Hope it goes over well!  Pictures from that I'm sure soon... Ü

On the Hunt...

for the perfect Christmas tree!
So last Thursday we all headed up to Cedar City to meet up with my Aunt and Uncle and go get our Christmas trees!!  It was cold... Ü

Umm, ya she's a goof!  Get's it from her DAD! Ü
Photobucket

She get's that from him too...
Photobucket

Kernan needed to go potty so he got a quick lesson on white vs yellow snow! haha!
Photobucket

Doesn't he just look cold?!
Photobucket

All he wanted to do was eat all the white stuff (not yellow!)...
Photobucket

He said it was "So nummy!"
Photobucket

Check out those buff boys!!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Were you cold Grandpa?! Ü hehe!
Photobucket

Found our tree...
Photobucket

Grandma and Rachel looking on...
Photobucket

And here's our cute little tree all set up...   I need to get another picture of it with all the presents underneath!  I love Christmas time!!
Photobucket

Here's my awesome star on top!  We had to take it off last night though, it's to heavy for our tree!  It started to tilt!  Last night it actually fell over!!  Hopefully the "mcgyver" fixin' my hubby did to the trunk will keep it standing!  It's got a long time to last before we can take it down!!  And thankfully we only lost one ornament in the topple and it wasn't a baby's 1st Christmas or anything!!
Photobucket

So my cards are mailed off, my shopping is done, all the presents are wrapped and under the tree, I'm all ready for Maci's Christmas party at her class next Friday and getting ready for our ward Christmas party tomorrow night!!  I feel so accomplished!!  It's a great feeling!! Ü  Hope you're enjoying the Christmas season as much as we are!! Ü

Fall Fun!

I'm still trying to get caught up on some posts that should have been blogged last month!  Bear with me! Ü

November 20th

While my cousin Lori, Aunt Rachel and I went to see New Moon Friday afternoon Brian watched my kids and Noah for Rachel.  He put those 3 to work!  Although they thought it was fun, aww the beauty of raking leaves!!  You can easily trick the kids into thinking it's fun while they're really helping you out!! Ü
Thanks to my awesome hubby for taking pics of them playing in the leaves!!
Photobucket

Maci's going for a dive!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Doesn't this look so fun?!  Our kids have never experienced this fall thing...
Photobucket

I wonder how long they'll think it's fun vs. being a "job"?!  Oh well we'll enjoy it while they still don't know!!
Photobucket

That night our High School football boys were playing for the STATE title in SLC at the University of Utah's stadium!  The entire town was excited!!  Their were signs up all over town the entire week!  Some of them said, Go Tigers, bring it home!  And Tigers, we believe!  Maci counted one morning on her way to school 8 signs between our house and her school!!  It was so fun!!  The 3 of us all had on our Tiger shirts to show our support!  We almost went up to watch but decided that watching from our warm house would be better! Ü
Photobucket

Photobucket

We went over to my cousin Lori's house to watch it with them!  Here are the three future Tigers!  It's to sad to think that they'll be going to that high school before we know it!!  Maci will be cheering for the boys at the football games!!  And I can't see Kernan being a football player (probably basketball) and I'm not sure about Chase... CrAzY!!
Photobucket

Sadly our boys lost in the last 2 seconds!!  Yes you read that right, TWO seconds!!  We scored a touchdown with 45 seconds left to take the lead!!  We totally thought we had done it!  My Grandma was up at the U of U stadium watching the game and she said that everyone was cheering and so happy that we had finally done it!!  And in the last 2 sec the other team threw the ball the guy caught it in the inzone, scored a touchdown and they won by 3!!  I was seriously speechless...  I couldn't say a word!  Grandma said that everyone in the stadium that had just been celebrating, was silent!!  It was SO sad!  But they played an awesome game, and got to STATE for the 2nd time in a row and we're gonna get there again next year and this time bring the title home!! Ü  GO TIGERS!!

My Grandma and Grandpa's 50th Anniversary...

Here's a picture of my Grandparents banner in their front yard and some of my Grandmas roses that I said I'd post! Ü

Half a Century...

50 years...
600 months...
2609 weeks....
18263 days....
That's how long my Grandma and Grandpa have been married today!!

Photobucket

Aren't they so cute?!  I'm so grateful they chose to marry each other!  I'm grateful for everything I have in my life because the two of them fell in love!
You know the old saying:
"All because two people fell in love"
Well let's take a look at what they have because the two of them fell in love...

My Mom... Which led to our family, which led to my family! Ü
Photobucket

My Uncle Matt and his family...
Photobucket

And my "Uncle" Jeff and his family... They were kinda "adopted" into the family, if ya wanna know the story just ask!  But I've always called them Uncle and Aunt and these are my cousins!!  Or as Austin calls our Grandma, they're "fake"! Ü
Photobucket

We all went in together and made them this 2'x6' banner... It's currently in their front yard! Ü
Photobucket  I'll get some pictures of it out there today and post them!  I'll also get some pictures of the beautiful roses my Grandpa had delivered to the house last night!  He sent me a picture message of them and they're beautiful!!  (Good job Grandpa on sending the picture message! And on the pretty flowers!!Ü)

I love you two and am so thankful for you both!!  Thanks for falling in love!!  Happy 50 years!!

Thanksgiving 2009

We have had such a great week this week!  I love being with my family it's the greatest!  As some of you know, we usually have Thanksgiving in AZ!   My entire family from UT usually go down to the warm weather and we have Thanksgiving at my Mom and Dad's house in AZ...  Well this year my family came to all of us Utahans...  They were hear for a week and it was so much fun!
The reason they came up here this year rather then us all heading down there to enjoy the 80° Turkey Day weather was because my cousin Ethan got Baptized!
It was a very special day!!  Here is Ethan and Matt before his baptism...
Photobucket

And Ethan and Noah after wards....
Noah was so cute during the meeting!  He was so into it!!  After Ethan was confirmed a member of the church and received the Holy Ghost he shook all the mens hands that were in the priesthood circle...  Noah jumped right up and shook Ethan's hand too!  It was so sweet!!
Photobucket

All the kids that were there to support Ethan...
Photobucket

And a quick family picture! Ü
Photobucket

We had Thanksgiving Dinner at my Uncle Jeff and Aunt Bobbie's house in Cedar City...
Here are the girlies...
Jaxin, Maci and Aubrianna
Photobucket

And the smelly boys! haha!
Stockton, Ethan and Trevor
Photobucket

I think they're ready to eat, what would you say?! Ü
Photobucket

I think that would be a YES!!  Crazy face Jaxin!! haha!
Photobucket

Grandma tried to take a picture of Kernan and this is what she got...  I think it's cool!  Doesn't it look like he's holding a small cup of Pepsi?!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Bobbi and Grandma...
Photobucket

Mom and Lori brought a couple craft things for the kids to do... Here is Jaxin showing us the Pilgrim hat she made...
Photobucket

Here Chase is working hard on his Turkey....
Photobucket

Photobucket

Like Father, Like Son...  Notice the tongue?!
Photobucket

Not sure what this look is about...  He has the greatest facial expressions!!
Photobucket

Maci gives the Pilgrim Hat a thumbs up!
Photobucket

Showing off his creations...
Photobucket

And showing us his dirty hands after trying to stuff the entire Pilgrim Hat into his mouth!  Didn't work out so well! hehe...
Photobucket

This is Friday night at my Grandma and Grandpa's house...  The kids look like they're at the movies!  Guess that will have to do, since we didn't make it to a movie this year like we do every year!!  Bummer....
Photobucket

Then on Saturday morning before my family headed back home, we went to the mall to get our annual "Cousin Santa Picture"!
Kernan has been so excited to see Santa this year!  He's been asking me for the past two weeks if he could go tell Santa what he wanted yet!  On Thanksgiving he asked and I told him not yet, just a few more days, and he freaked out!!  So I showed him Santa in the Macy's Parade and told him he couldn't go see Santa because he had to be in the parade so he wasn't there yet... Then he calmed down!
It's so fun when they get to the age of really believing in him and excited to see him!!  I love it!
Here he is waiting to give him his list... He has 3 things on it and he'll tell you what they are if you ask!
Photobucket

Standing by one of Santa's soldiers....
Photobucket

This Santa was adorable!  He really talked to the kids and joked with them!
Photobucket

Here he's reading Ethan's list...  And what a list it is!!  He has 61 things on his list this year!!  Santa told him that he'd need to bring a double decker bus just to bring him all that's on there! Ü
Photobucket

Photobucket

Maci was waiting and waiting for him to finish looking at Ethan's LONG list so that he could check hers out!!
Photobucket

Kernan's turn to give him his list!!
Photobucket

I just love this picture!!  The magic of Christmas in a child's eyes is the BEST!!
Photobucket

So here we are again, trying to figure out how we're all going to fit in this picture!!  We do this every year!  And this year we had two missing... Our missionaries!
Photobucket

Almost got it...
Photobucket

I'm not sure what Santa said, but he had us all laughing!  Even Kernan!  It was so cute!
Photobucket

And finally our
SANTA PICTURE 2009
My favorite yet I think!!  My Uncle Jeff's family like the Y (ewww) and our family obviously like the U!  It just so happened that they were playing each other yesterday so we decided to wear our shirts in our Santa picture this year... And I love it!! Ü
Photobucket

I liked this "old school" look to so I put both! Ü
Photobucket

Kernan wasn't ready to say goodbye after wards...  He wanted one more hug!  And he TOLD Santa what he wanted rather then him reading his list... He wants 1. A Bumblebee Racetrack (Transformers) 2. LOTS of Transformer Cars for the racetrack and 3. New train tracks for his Choo-Choo
Photobucket

After Santa my family got in the car to head home...  We had to have a picture of us all in our UTAH stuff before they headed out....
Photobucket

Photobucket

It was a great week!!  I love my family and am SO VERY THANKFUL FOR THEM ALL!!  I love to spend time with them and just enjoy each others company!
Now it's time to get the Christmas decorations up!  We're headed home for Christmas this year too!  We're all excited about that!  Plus we get to talk to my Brother on Christmas!! Yay!!
So I have a few posts that I'm behind on that I'll be posting later this week, so check back!!
Hope you're Thanksgiving was wonderful, and remember to not just be Thankful one day a year, but be Thankful everyday!! Ü
